What are the terms and conditions for the offer?

Below are the key terms and conditions for the offer. Offer includes afternoon tea for a maximum of 2 people

• Offer is available to new reservations only 
• Offer ends 30th December 2025
• Offer applicable on stay dates up to and including 30th December 2025
• Afternoon tea pre-booking required
• Afternoon tea is available between 1 pm - 4.30 pm
• All reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival due to limited availability
• Excluded dates are Christmas Day (25th of December) and New Year's Eve (31st of December)
• Subject to availability and blackout dates
• Reservation is non-refundable if cancelled 
• Prepayment must be given in full at the time of booking 
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer 
• Offer may be amended, removed or terminated at any time 

Please note that during 26^th August and 22^nd September, afternoon tea will be served in our restaurant, due to a temporary closure of the tea lounge.
